Valley Plastic™ computer covers prevent any dust, oil and other abrasive airborne
contaminants found in the workplace from damaging computers and related equipment.
Thompson Plastics offers 3 standard universal
Valley Plastic™ computer
covers for your workstation tower, monitor, and printers that can be bench, table, or shelf mounted. Each is a pc cover, computer
security cover, Nema computer enclosure, PC cabinet. Valley Plastic™ computer covers are made of DuPont™Kevlar®
and plastic to prevent the dust, oil, and other abrasive airborne contaminants found in the workplace from damaging computers
and related PC equipment.
Each Valley Plastics TM PC Computer Cover has a patent pending dual filter system: the first filter is
vaccuum sealed and captures the majority of dust particles; the second filter has activated carbon air filter encased sealed
on both sides with DuPont™ Tyvek® or the new hybrid permeable membrane technology also made from Nylon 6.6. Tyvek® is
a water resistive barrier material manufactured by DuPont, which combines strength, protective properties or alternative hybrid
membrane technolgy allows high air permeability and vapor filtration. The DuPont™ Tyvek® prevents the
tiny dust particles and vapors, oil particles, or and moisture from entering the computer and elctronic enclosure. the activated
carbon then acts as an absorber and air purifyer for 1 micron or less particles. In combination it provides the lowest cost
and best solution for any computer environment purifying and coooling the computer air and the room air in the workstation.
Today Valley Plastics TM Know
how and technology is a benchmark in the computer dust cover history. One word: Valley PlasticsTM made the first orginal
Plexiglas computer dust cover a viable consumer product line in 1991. The first prototype was then eventually patented by
Systems Alternatives which was commonly known as:
Protective dust cover for computer components
